Biochemical Techniques
This unit provides an overview of some of the common techniques
used in biochemical laboratories. In the course of the unit
you will learn about the techniques of chromatography and
electrophoresis, as well as the use of radioisotopes in
various forms of analysis. The underlying theory behind
enzyme assays is also considered.
